your may do so by calling our office at: (800) 931-7377 and direct your call to the
CalPERS loan officer. At that time we will determine your
financing options and obtain your authorization to lock-in your CalPERS loan.
If you are calling after-hours or on a weekend you may speed up the
process by completing the following steps.
- We will need your signature on the CalPERS Mortgage Loan
Certification forms to lock-in the loan. Please download the required CalPERS Mortgage Loan Certification
and complete the form.
- Reveiw the current 60 day interest rate options on the by clicking
here: CalPERS 60 day Interest Rates to see rates
from out site.
- Select the program and rate and indicate on the CalPERS Mortgage Loan
Certification. Please note: 25 & 20 Year terms available.
- Fax this form to our office at: (800) 931-7375 - 24/7 with a cover
sheet with your day and evening contact phone numbers and your email address.
- If you do not receive a phone call by 1:00 pm to confirm your
request, please call our office at: (800) 931-7377
Your loan is only locked-in once you have received a verbal phone
confirmation from our office. Rates may be subject to change based on your loan
