simply downloading the following forms from our site. Following is a simple step by
step process: Step 1 - You will need the
following.
- Printer with Legal Size Paper (8.5 x 14)
- You will need free "Adobe Acrobat Reader Software" to view
.pdf files. (if you do not have Adobe Acrobate you can download by double clicking the
version you need: HERE
Step 2 - Download CalPERS Loan Application by
clicking HERE
Step 3 - Save forms to your computer, double click
and print.
Step 4 - Complete Loan Application, Sign
Application and Forms, and mail or fax
to our office attention: CalPERS Home Loan Department.
